Kyle Mitchell

It all started with a Kentucky Fried Chicken commercial. Kyle's love of chicken and acting (in no particular order) has grown ever since. The son of a musician and a very patient mother, Kyle was raised on chicken and spankings from the time he was old enough to remember. Growing up in Edmonton, Canada proved to be excellent training for a bright future in showbiz. Often being pulled from school to play hooky and help his dad load musical gear into sleazy saloons on frosty afternoons, Kyle found adventure and used gum under each and every high-top bar table. The smell of showbiz, cigarettes and stale beer were truly in the air in dark taverns such as, The Transit Hotel, The Park Hotel, The Rex Hotel, Beverly Crest, The Drake, The New West and The Klondiker to name but a few of Kyle'e childhood haunts. The bee-hive haired waitresses all took a shine to Kyle's natural sobriety and would keep Kyle's glass of coke, full and cold; and to this day, he's a "glass fully full", kind of guy. Years later, chicken would once again become an important part of Kyle's life during a two-season, 21-episode run as a continuity performer on the TV show, Jake and the Kid.
