Olivier Aubé

Trained in film and screenwriting at UQÀM, Olivier creates worlds that blend emotion, nostalgia, and humor. His style has been shaped by years of collaboration within the Quebec comedy scene, as well as his background in theatrical improvisation—two influences that have profoundly left their mark on his creative vision. At just 19, his first short film, *Mes Démons* (2019), was selected for both the Rendez-vous Québec Cinéma and the Fantasia International Film Festival. Since then, Olivier has established himself in the advertising industry while continuing his work in narrative fiction. In 2026, he revisits the early days of the Internet with *Avant qu’on m’oublie*—a series produced by Haus MTL and Aléas Films for TV5 Unis—which was selected for the official lineup of the CANNESERIES festival. He is currently developing his next series, *Birdie*.
